Women’s Ministry

The women’s ministry exists to build up the body of Christ by training all women to strengthen the church through the interpersonal work of discipleship and evangelism, Bible study, and prayer.

  • Women's Workshop

    October 5, 9:30–11:30 a.m.

    This will be a fun time of searching the scriptures together and applying it to ourselves, as we build one another up. All you need to bring is a Bible.

  • Fall Brunch

    November 2, 9:30–11 a.m.

    Join us for food & fellowship together! Feel free to bring a dish to share.

  • Reading the Bible Together

    Each week, you can read alongside the women's ministry team. Get in touch with Marjorie to be added to the weekly email, which will contain the Bible passage and a note from someone on the ministry team.

Meet the Ministry Team

Marjorie Meeks

Marjorie resides in Woodlawn with her husband, Jeremy, and their two teenage children, Jake and Alexis. Having recently completed the Chicago Course on Preaching, Marjorie desires to see women grow in understanding and applying the Bible.
