Ethan Rice

Ethan has an M.Div from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and came to Christ Church to serve as a Pastoral Resident while taking the Chicago Course on Preaching. Ethan has a deep love for the members of Christ Church Chicago and wishes to see the church grow in Christ’s likeness that we might glorify the Lord in the midst of south side Chicago. Ethan also has a deep desire to see the glory of God spread through local and global missions. Ethan is married to his wife Katelyn and they are happily expecting their first daughter in late November. Ethan enjoys having conversations with people over for dinner or coffee, reading, and working with his hands.
