Kid City Ministry the Week of October 18, 2020
Christ Church families,
This week, we’ll take a break from our study of Church History to worship the Lord through song! Here is a short introduction video on Colossians 3:16 and three videos with songs:
Secondly, here is a list of songs that will help commit the following Bible verses to memory:

Matthew 5:1-12 (5:8).
Your family is invited to attend our Kid City Walk Through Party at which your child can recite these verses for prizes. To schedule your time slot, visit the sign up page. Alternatively, you can contact me to have them make their recitations over the phone or via video chat.
Storytime continues on Wednesdays. And just a reminder that our volunteers continue to pray for you and your kids. Please do send us your requests and praises! Love in Christ to you all!

Even though we are officially taking a break from studying Church History this week, feel free to continue reading Big Events! We’ve finished the Introduction and Part One. Next week, we’ll start Part 2: The Church Through the Middle Ages, which begins with 3 reflections on Augustine: A Life Transformed.

Orange Line kids may complete this week’s Kid Connect.

Green and Red Line kids continue to use your worship bags. Parents, you may want to surprise them with new crayons or paper, or coloring or picture books about Jesus. If you will be worshipping with us over Zoom, you may want to have them play with playdoh or kinetic sand or other special manipulatives during the sermon.
Wednesday
Blue and Green Line kids are invited to Storytime via Zoom at 10 a.m. for 15–20 minutes.
