Christ Church families,
I thank my God in all my thoughts of you! It is right for me to feel this way about you, because I hold you in my heart, for you are all partakers of grace in our pandemic endurance! I do hope you are all in health, but more that you are all well in the Lord. He cares for you. Humble yourself and cast all your anxieties on Him. Amen.
As you know, we have been making our way through Church History. This week you will encounter those who chose to live their life of faith apart from everyone. You will meet Benedict, Francis Bernadone, and Clare. Their biographies may challenge you in your walk: Is God the most important thing in your life? Do you have a compassionate heart for those around you? Do you find joy in obeying God? Read and discuss these with your kids and see what they might have to say about these brothers and sisters of ours.
Over the next couple of weeks, I would love it if your kids would write a letter to our Global Missions Partner of the month, Kristen Ismert. She is serving refugees in Turkey. Please print out one of these templates or have your kids create their own. Bring them to the church service if you are attending in person, or take a picture of it and send it my way. I will mail these to Kristen the week of 11/15. Younger elementary | older elementary
If your family was unable to stop by our walk through party on the 31st, your child(ren) may still recite Bible verses via video chat or over a phone call. Contact me to set up a time.
Storytime continues on Wednesdays. And just a reminder that our volunteers continue to pray for you and your kids. We pray for sibling relationships, schooling, and other items. Please send us requests and praise reports as you are led.

Orange Line kids may complete this week’s Kid Connect.
Green and Red Line kids continue to use your worship bags. Parents, you may want to surprise them with a new coloring book, stickers or pens. If you will be worshipping with us over Zoom, you may want to have them play with playdoh or kinetic sand or other special manipulatives during the sermon.
Blue and Green Line kids are invited to Storytime via Zoom at 10 a.m. for 15-20 minutes.
